so we failed

with one day to go, a group comprising almost half the building team announced that they could not make it, for various (fairly weak) reasons. with so little notice i had no time to arrange replacements, and we had no choice but to postpone the build.

its a real shame as most of us were really geared up, had been baking bread for days and were chomping to get going.

  so we will have to rearrange for marchish.... watch this space.
